A decade of transformation from trade novice to supply chain expert
Today, my supply chain network serves 500+ clients, covering needs from startups to medium-sized companies. We continuously introduce new technologies like AI-assisted demand forecasting and blockchain traceability, committed to providing smarter and more transparent supply chain services.
As business grew, I began expanding the supply chain network to Southeast Asia, India, and other regions. This not only provided more choices for clients but also diversified supply risks. Meanwhile, I established multilingual customer service teams to provide 24-hour support for global clients.
During the pandemic, I accelerated the digital transformation process. Built an online supply chain management platform, achieving full digital tracking from order to delivery. This allowed us to maintain efficient operations during difficult times.
To ensure product quality, I established a strict quality management system, including supplier certification, production process monitoring, product testing, and other aspects. This system helped us improve customer satisfaction to over 98%.
After two years of exploration, I discovered that SMEs have unique needs in supply chain management. So I decided to specialize in serving this group, developing small-batch, quick-response supply chain solutions.
Starting as an ordinary foreign trade clerk, I deeply experienced the difficulties that SMEs face in supply chain management. The high barriers of traditional suppliers deterred many promising small businesses, which inspired me to provide professional services for them.
